Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. If several goods ordered together are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

You can also submit your withdrawal electronically using the permanently available “Withdraw from contract” link in the footer of our shop. This leads to the customer account at account.wakeclip.com. Open the relevant order, follow the displayed steps and confirm the withdrawal. You will receive an immediate acknowledgement by email.

Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Additional costs resulting from a different delivery method chosen by you are excluded. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are responsible only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Model-specific standard variants

The right of withdrawal does not lapse merely because a model-specific standard variant is manufactured after the order is placed.
