1. Scope and seller

These Terms apply to orders placed through wakeclip.com. The seller is Kenan Sagir, sole proprietor, trading under the business name WAKECLIP, Marienstraße 49, 50767 Cologne, Germany. Phone: +49 159 06486118. General enquiries: info@wakeclip.com. Orders and support: support@wakeclip.com.

2. Product and compatibility

WAKECLIP is a model-specific PETG spacer manufactured by 3D printing. Customers must select the exact compatible MacBook model. Product images may show a representative geometry; the delivered geometry is matched to the selected model. Minor layer lines and surface variations typical of additive manufacturing are not defects if function and safety are unaffected.

3. Contract formation

The product listing is not a binding offer. By clicking the final order or payment button, the customer submits a binding order. An automatic receipt confirmation initially only records that the order has been received. The contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices and shipping charges

All prices displayed in the shop are total prices and include all other price components. Under the German small-business exemption in section 19 UStG, VAT is neither charged nor shown. The product price is EUR 34.90. Standard shipping is free worldwide for all destinations available to select at checkout. The available shipping methods and the applicable amount are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

5. Payment and retention of title

The payment methods offered during checkout apply. The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

6. Delivery

We deliver only to destinations available for selection during checkout. For Germany, processing before handover to the carrier takes 1–3 business days. With standard shipping, delivery then usually takes a further 2–5 business days, resulting in an estimated total delivery time of 3–8 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

7. Safe use

Customers must select the exact device model and follow all product and safety information. Never use force when fitting or removing WAKECLIP. Do not operate a Mac with WAKECLIP fitted inside a bag or another confined, unventilated space. Discontinue use if the product is damaged, deformed, loose or does not fit correctly.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the model form are provided in the separate Withdrawal Policy.

9. Defects and liability

Statutory rights concerning defects and liability apply without restriction. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

10. Trademarks and independence

Apple, MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro are trademarks of Apple Inc. WAKECLIP is an independent accessory and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple Inc.

11. Governing law and disputes

German law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which the consumer habitually resides remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
